The transfer case must be designed to be towable, all true Jeeps can be flat towed without any special preparation.
It all transfer cases were towable, I would probably tow a small 4X4 Toyota pickup, something more dependable than a Jeep  or Ford
The new Bronco will probably be similar to a Jeep Wrangler in size and weight. Right now, the available information is a lot of advertising hype, with few facts or actual specifications.

Waiting a year or two when a totally new vehicle is released is probably a good idea, let someone else debug it and for the prices to stabilize.

Provided the new Bronco "makes weight," one of its' configurations pairs an engine/transmission that is confirmed flat towable on the existing Ford Ranger pickup.

I ran across a Ford document that I haven't seen before.  It has lots of information that might be interesting to RV owners.

Page 14 includes a guide to 4-wheel down towing for a lot of Ford vehicles.  As expected, the Bronco (not the sport) is on the YES list.

The Ford Escape hybrid and Escape PHEV are also on the YES list, and they provide similar capabilities to the CRV, a long time towable favorite until Honda moved to a CVT transmission.

I owned an 2002 Escape automatic (non-hybrid) that was NOT towable! That's the primary reason I gave it to my D-I-L and bought a Honda.  :(

2021 Chevy Trailblazer is flat towable.  It weighs about 3200lbs.  I own one and it is fantastic.  It has a 3 cylinder turbo and 4x4.  Runs like a larger engine and is very peppy.  Inside is very roomy and seats are quite comfortable during long trips.  One has to disconnect the battery when flat towing so the 4x4 system does not engage.  Light weight seems perfect for a LD.  I did not install a base plate on it since I sold our motorhome.

It also states the tow capacity on the 2022 cutaway is now 5,000 pounds, up from the historically cited 4,000 pounds. This is for when towing from the bumper only and should provide some relief as toads keep getting heavier. See page 32.
