I looked at the pictures on this one and it is covered in a lot of rust. At least they added pictures showing all of the rust.  Also it has been on the market for a few months - probably because of the rust. I saw it when I started looking earlier in the year. Before the pandemic hit!

"Probably because it was overpriced."

It still is; if it's in great shape, it's might go at best for about $20000.

Given the age of this LD the amount of rust is what would normally be expected, certainly nothing that a little elbow grease and a wire brush couldn't handle! Most of it is surface rust, easily removed.

What troubles me is the delamination of the top of the rear bumper, that's a concern.

Yes, given the obvious neglect, the price does seem quite high.   :'(

Hi Anastasia;  Yes that green 2001 MB looks familiar. The rust is superficial.  The propane tank needs repainting.  I've seen worse rear bumpers, and repaired them. Not all that hard, not expensive. The roof looks great, the inside has been taken care of, and is overall a lot better than the 2001 I bought (and reworked) for friends in 2017.  There is a trick to repairing the gaskets around the compartment doors.  The rust on the bumper... I cleaned and repaierd the rust on mine just before the March Morro Bay meeting.  I've included a picture of the bumper on 'Apple' that I fixed up in 2017. This problem could have been prevented by LD if they had run a bead between the top piece and actual bumper before painting. I think it is just glued. Water drains off  the roof, right onto that spot. It takes about 18 years to go 'bad'.
I took a picture of Apple before. It was almost un noticeable after.
It is in San Diego. A more realistic price should be in the mid $20k to $25k. I live in San Diego, but for CV19 i would offer to look at it.   RonB

Wow! That's the second Anniversary edition up for sale this week, and for basically the same price, too.

Here is an Anniversary Edition (30 footer) at a much lower price:

2006 Lazy Daze Class C Motorhome - rvs - by owner - vehicle...

If I were going for a mid-2000's 30 footer, this is the one I would pursue!

"This 30 footer just showed up.."

3 way fridge???? Not likely!

Rare RV? Yeah, rare as in hundreds on the road, including mine and Chris'.

This looks box stock, right down to the coffee maker. I wonder if the photos were taken when it was new?  :o

Even the analog clock is original, looks exactly like the one I removed from my '04 IB and now resides in the garage.

Exceptionally low mileage for a 15 year old rig and I note they did not specify the number of hours on the generator.

I took that as a challenge, Steve.  ;) I think not. The faux black panels are faded a bit; the headlight lenses are sun faded; there is a shadow on the carpet in the lounge area where a carpet runner was removed; tread on running boards is faded. Looks good for its year but certainly is "box stock".

There is a sweet 2006 24 TK, $29,00 in Santa Cruz, California on Facebook marketplace.  I went to see it and drove it.  I told the owner about the forum.  He's not in a real rush to sell so has not posted it anywhere else but Facebook.  It's gray, 35,000 miles, one solar panel and no other upgrades that I'm aware of.   If you can't find the ad, I have his Messenger contact info and phone number.  I don't have permission to share that here but would be happy to ask him on a case by case basis.

"Hey, Steve - we wish you well for your eye surgery tomorrow."

Thanks for your good wishes, Chris. All went well with this 2nd surgery and when the swelling goes down in the next few days I'll have my eagle eyes back and will watch your every move.   :o   :D   ;)
