Welcome to the FOLD & congratulations on this new adventure,

When I was a kid my cousin Joe (John Joseph) stayed with us briefly after getting out of the Navy, & brought a buddy--also named Joe.  Dad designated my cousin Joe 1 & his buddy Joe 2.

There were several Marys/Lindas/Debbies/variations on Susan or Susie or Suzanne & Patricias or Pattys from elementary thru HS, but only one other girl used Lynn (without the e)--for both of us, it is our middle name, and I've not crossed paths with many other Lynns/Lynnes over the years, though I briefly dated a fella from another HS who also had it for a middle name.  Interestingly, in the past 40 years we've had two couples move into the community/join the church & both husbands were named Lynn.

Google has made it interesting to see how frequently what seemed like an uncommon spelling/pairing of names pops up.

For years I could guess with pretty good accuracy the age of a person by their first name......
Names, at least in the USA, tend to go in sets of ten years intervals.

Another "middle name Lynne" here.  There were three Judith/Judy's in my first grade class, so the teacher dubbed each of us separately.  Decades later I took it for my "computer name" of Judilyn.  Thanks, Miss Alice Fawn Morris!

Do we ever forget our first grade teacher?  ;->

Welcome to the FOLD & congratulations on this new adventure,

Thank you Lynne... I read a quote the other day from Walt Disney, "If you can dream it, you can do it."  Here's to doing it!

No...59 years later I still remember Mrs. Thomas.  I like that Judilyn...what a nice memory.

Mizzou could not figure out that "Rita Broyles" & "Lynne Broyles" were the same person, so I started signing everything "RitaLynne," then complicated it further by hyphenating my kids' father's name when we married.  One of the shrinks I worked with in prison teased me about having an identity disorder with so many names ("You do not know who you are.")--he said growing up in Thailand there were no surnames 'til the king decreed people take surnames in the '60s; during his medical school training he would get a page over the hospital loudspeaker for "Dr. Deja" & it was fortunate he was the only DR with that name.

Side question.....will our LD's be 2021 LD's because Ford is skipping MY2020 on E-450 Cutaways? Model year 2021 new engine E-450's start production in January 2020 according to fleet ordering brochures I've seen floating around on the internet.

This question must have got overlooked. Anyone know the answer, or is this best answered with a call to the Mothership?

I’m more curious about Linda’s statement that Ford is skipping the MY 2020 chassis. What exactly does that mean?

I read the brochures to say there is not going to be an e-450 cutaway with the 2020 designation.  There will be e-450's built starting  January 2020, but they'll be labeled 2021.

Just wondering if LD will follow the same labeling convention, or does LD even give their house add-on a model year designation?

Good question!  My understanding is that LD doesn't order the chassis until a deposit is received from the buyer so, potentially, those "on the list" for a 2020 LD could be receiving the new Ford chassis.

See page 72 in this brochure (pdf page 38)

https://www.fleet.ford.ca/resources/ford/general/pdf/brochures/2019/2020_Fleet%20Preview%20Guide_Spreads.pdf

So I noticed in the brochure that the new Ford chassis includes a Tire Pressure Monitoring System. Was that not the case on previous chassis'?
