Diagram #5 Of ‘15 Battery Wiring
At the request of chendorpg, I am posting a pic of our 2015 RB diagram of the battery wiring.

Wow, that looks very different than our 89 TK. 
But it explains one of the "gadgets" I had not figured out and left alone (the little circle with 4 connectors that have wires attached).

Your generator is connected directly to the batteries?  I am guessing that this is to start the generator. 
Ours doesn't do that (not obviously and I don't remember seeing something I didn't know where it went), but then we have a 28K Onan that might have been mounted after purchase (it is "under" the rig, not in a bin) so it might be wired differently.

We do have a generator to ATS to Power center wire (I am guessing you do also).

Hi Jane. That contactor, the gadget with 4 wires, serves instead of a diode isolator.  Really a relay with large current carrying capacity; they have improved in reliability, and are less expensive. I still prefer a diode isolator, but the mothership went back to these switches about 2013(?). With proper snubbing of inductive current backlash, they can work well.
    Your generator has a start relay, and uses the house battery(s) to start the generator. Charge current has to come back via the converter/charger.

Hi Ron. Our 2007 Twin King has the contactor and the exact same diagram in the manual as Kent posted. I've never had an issue with it.

Hi Charles; yes relays have improved in reliability in the last few decades, and I've never had a problem with my diode isolator, as supplied on my rig by LD, either. There are advantages to each approach. In the '50's and '60's relays switching large currents could, after some wear set in, arc internally and weld themselves closed. Everything would be fine until you found that the chassis battery had been helping your house batteries out, and all of them were dead, leaving you stranded.   Now with those little lithium jump starters, a more recoverable situation perhaps.
    And to Greg, I've been in electronics since I was about 8 years old, and i've been trying to keep up with it ever since. I've fallen behind since I retired, but I try to help when I can.   RonB

My seven year stint in the Marine Corps taught me how to kill people.

Looking forward to the day when I would have to support myself I went into electronics with the Air Force. Started in the early '60s with vacuum tubes, morphed over to discreet transistors and then into solid state circuits. Somewhere just before my retirement I started regressing and as of now can hardly remember Ohm's Law.  ::)  And to think that I was, at one time, able to calculate 'J' Factors! Sad, so very sad.  :(

Our brand new (to us) 2018 24' TK's radio is not turning on.  We think the problem is located somewhere in the diagram that was posted.  Our owner's book has the exact same diagram.  We have the Pioneer fancy upgraded radio.  Does anyone have a suggestion on what/where to check first?  We just got the rig home yesterday and the only other thing that seems odd is that when the key is in the accessory setting on the ignition, nothing happens.  When we fire up the truck everything works except the radio.  We do have one of those disconnect switches for the house batteries.  It is in the "on" position.  We are VERY excited for this upgrade from our 1987 22' TK!!  Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Linda, the radio is powered by the house batteries, not the truck battery. You are correct that the problem may be located in that diagram. Check the "radio" fuse under the hood on the driver's side near the DC Power Contactor and the circuit breaker in the house battery compartment.

We are planning on selling. Runs but the transmission is just about toasted. 1st gear is alright, 2nd is outta sight but that’s all there is!
