HELP!! No water draining from tank???
I filled the fresh water tank today to sanitize it. I hooked a hose up to the faucet I found under the front of the LD. In the past water came out of there.  I capped the hose to let the tank sit.

I came home and took off the cap. A small trickle came out. That's it. I took off the hose and NOTHING is coming out!! What is going on? Where is the faucet for the fresh tank if not that capped pipe under the front of the rig?

I have my manual and it does not have any diagram! How am I supposed to know if there is no diagram??

Lisa, did you open the valve to drain the tank? There is probably an exterior storage compartment above where that drain pipe that you uncapped is. You will need to use a key to open that compartment. Look for a valve handle, probaby sticking out at a 90° angle; lower that handle so it is pointing the same direction as the pipe and water should drain. Stand back...or you will get splashed. After draining the tank you will need to close that valve again or you will probably wonder why your tank is not holding water when you try to fill it back up.

You should really buy a book about Rving. It would be a good investment.
