The Heat Strip
Show and tell

I replaced the ac unit recently and I got to see the heat strip. By the size of it, there is no wonder it does such a poor job.

In cold weather, when hookups are available, the A/C's fan helps distribute the electric heat, when the rig is very cold.
We usually also use a heater cube, at the same time.
The heat strip isn't very powerful but when it's very cold out, its 1100-watts of heat helps.
