I found the following information in the RV Industry News.
Erwin Hymer North America rocked by scandal | RV Daily Report
I thought some might find this information of interest.

Greed and corruption in the RV industry? Say it isn't so.

I have been following the Class B market closely for many years, and have been astounded by the low, low, low quality of Roadtrek units and service, and wondered how on earth ANYone would want to spend money on such a unit when there are actually alternatives.

That said, we are in the paperwork stage of purchasing a Pleasure-Way Class B unit to replace our Sportsmobile campervan, and are very excited at the prospect of whizzing around in a small, but better appointed unit, at times when dragging the Lazy Daze out of storage seems too onerous.

Wish us luck!  ;->

Please give us an update after you have had it for awhile, Judie!  Had I known at the time of our recent trip to Saskatchewan that they are manufactured in Saskatoon, I would have visited the factory!

Adds a little history on the last several years...

Hanemaayer’s son, Jeff, ran the business until it was acquired by American capital investment firm Industrial Opportunity Partners in 2011 in the wake of a recession that badly hurt the company.

This is independent of allegations of fake invoices overstating sales which seems to be why Thor carved out these operations.

Not sure I want to open the lid on this.
