What model LD? It would be helpful if you were more specific about your charging problems. How are you charging them? Where? What devices are you using?

We have phones and Kindles 120 amp & 12 volt the 12 volt on dash doesn't seem to work for my Verizon phone at all.  Seems to mostly be a dash issue with not enough power/no power to charge the phone or the Garmin GPS. . . Any help is appreciated!

Do the plugs on the dash work at all or are they dead?
Have you checked the fuses?

Thanx Larry - dash power works (somewhat) just slow. . . Or non-existent sometimes. . .

Scot, you also said that you were having problems charging your devices on 120 VAC. That's a completely different set of issues from 12 VDC. Are you plugged into campground power, or are you using a generator, or an inverter? Have you tested your outlets to make sure that you have 120 VAC power? If the outlets are powered, what happens when you connect your phone or Kindle charger? Have you tried using a different charger, to rule out the possibility that the charger is bad? (Any 120 VAC "wall wart" that has USB ports can charge most phones or Kindles.)

To add to Larry's questions about 12 VDC charging, have you tested the dashboard outlets while the engine is running? Have you tried other 12 V outlets in the coach? Have you tried a different 12 VDC adapter?

As others have pointed out, the more details you can give us, the better we'll be able to help.

Thanks for the year. What model LD do you have, Scot?

Scott - valid questions from everyone.
I am adding another - if you are using a usb charger plugged into a cigarette lighter type receptacle, does that usb charger work in other vehicles.

Some devices pull more power (iPhones and tablets and I think some Samsungs are known for this) so the usb power adapter that plugs into a cigarette lighter type receptacle needs to be powerful enough.

Also, having an older rig the outlets for 120 were loose so that a plug hanging down from them would not be fully plugged in (came loose some) and that can affect if you are getting power to the device.

As others said more information is needed and a volt meter can make sure you have current at the receptacle you are plugging into.
