This is a Front Lounge, but the correct length is 23.5'.

That is likely, but the seller says 26' twice in the ad.

Well, the seller is flat wrong, the one shown looks just like Steves's 2004 23.5' Front Lounge.
Only the one for sale is 12 years older.

I think supply and demand may effect the higher asking price's. I look for ads almost everyday not many Lazy Daze for sale. And low mileage well cared for rigs seem to sell quickly.

Would be good to find out why this rig would be advertised in the 'Inland Empire' (Riverside and San Bernardino counties in SoCal) Craig's List when the ad states that the owner is in Elk Grove (just south of Sacramento) in NorCal?

1989 Lazy Daze 26' rear bath listed for sale on March 24 in Colorado Springs Craigslist under RVs for sale. Asking 6K. In case anyone is searching for a vintage rig. I don't know anything about it or the owner, but I might could take a look if there's some interest.

I think this is common with CL ads. People will post their ads in several different areas to cast a wider net. 

I still haven't figured out how to accomplish posting in multiple areas!

One of the newer LDO Forum members was recently looking for a 26.5' with an island bed.

This is not a 26.5'!!! It's a 30' and an Anniversary Edition to boot.  ;D

That 30ft 2006 Anniversary Edition on RV Trader with 54000 miles is a pretty good deal for $39,000. I doubt it will last long. Love to know what equipment it has on it. It looks pretty clean.

Just called on that 2006 30ft Ann Ed. and it is sold! and real fast too- The Dealer realizes his price was too low-and the owner never told him it was an Ann Ed. The Owner a woman's husband has recently died and she wanted it gone... he said it is in excellent shape. Someone got a sweet deal.
