Hi Shark, just a general comment; roof A/C's don't blow hot. The heat strip was and is an unpopular option due to the noise of the fan and extra cost. I've only seen one in many many motorhomes. A small box fan is more convenient, locatable for best effect, and quiet for when you have electric hookups.  RonB

But the heater option does a fairly quick job of warming up the inside in the morning.

Shark, you may want to start a new thread and let us know what your price range and the intended use is for a LD since this thread is meant to point out what LD's are available for purchase.

BTW, I would stay away from any of the 80's models unless you are very handy and have plenty of liquid assets to throw at it. Ask me how I know!

Nice. Good advice HiLola. I will. Thank you.

Drivers door slightly scrapes the the bottom of the coach that is overhanging the cab?.. door is aligned properly, tight clearance on passenger side too.
I have worked on two LDs with the same condition, both had leaks that destroyed most of the framing in the overhead bunk, causing the cabover to sag, to the point it was hitting the cab doors.
Repairing this is a HUGE and expensive project. As suggested, run, don't walk away.

That’s my old coach! Quick flip I guess. I can only wish him the best.

Much more information is needed, of course, but this rig shows well (going only from a quick look) for two basic reasons:

The exterior has been polished and prepped.

The interior looks clean and is free of 'personal stuff' and clutter.

Prospective sellers might want to take heed of these two points.  ::)

Just a comment based only on one photo: if I were interested in this rig (in addition to all the other 'smart buyer' inspection protocols), I'd check the hitch and underpinnings, including around the 'tub' for the spare tire, for signs of stress, wear, and leaks/water damage. Who knows what or how much the 'carrier' on the back was loaded with; a single point hitch connection and heavy loads on a wide carrier, particularly unbalanced heavy loads, can cause a lot of torque!

JMO; YMMV.

Indeed it shows well. I wish the crimson on my '02 were still so shiny.
