Funny Craigslist Ads
Every once in a while I run across a funny CL ad, as I'm sure you do as well. How about a thread to post funny and ridiculous ads that you come across?

Let me start with these:

"Great Car No Problems" - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle automotive sale

Crooked fingers V8 2004 - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle automotive sale

Greg--

If you notice that Bug selling, I'd like the info on the seller--I've got an F350 Super Duty in the middle of some Conservation Reserve acreage in the same condition that I'd like to go wherever the Bug goes (boys spraying brush for me in July got the front wheels stuck in a hidden ditch...catalytic converter meets dry grass & gives birth to "The truck is on fire!"  ARRRGGH!  I thought I smelled smoke where I was working in the barn back over the hill a mile & thought "Who's stupid enough to be burning a brush pile on a day like this?"  Thank goodness for volunteer rural firefighters & high humidity in Missouri).

I think that first one might be a scam. It says Acura when the photo is clearly a VW.  ;)

Re: second CL listing, covering license plate is good practice.  Too easy to track down the car, find out where you live, how much you owe on it, etc. with just the plate number and some online sleuthing.  All a buyer needs to know is it's for sale, and where to meet to see it.  Once the cash and title change hands, where the seller lives is less important.
