Indeed...  :)  <-- This is meant to be a regular, standard smiley, but it looks slightly demonic for some reason...

Hard to tell if it's a camera 'distortion' or if it's on a shorter wheelbase chassis.  In either case, on either vehicle, there's a lot of real estate back there.

We park at home, and have a steeper than average drive, and tow a lower than average trailer, so overhang/departure angle was a key point in the decisionmaking.

Yup, I seem to remember something about levers.   If I may quote Archimedes  "Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world."   Lever - Wikipedia

This photo, if real, makes one wonder just what weight one could put in the back to lift the front wheels  off the ground.

That's insane. And in case you didn't notice, "It has a 100 gallon custom made aluminum water tank welded to the frame under the garage." That's 800 pounds added behind the rear axle... on top of whatever you load into the ten-foot garage!

Well, what is, or should be understood, is the water tank is not for camping.  It is there to tilt the ToyHauller. This makes driving low clearance  vehicles inside much easier. There is no high centering when reaching the top of the ramp.
