Plugs not working
I recently bought a 1997 Lazy Daze 30' class C motor home {Great Condition}. All of a sudden the drivers side outlets only work {coffee maker, microwave, bathroom outlet and over head outlet} when the RV is plugged in to an outside source.  As soon as I unplug from outside source the outlets stop working. Fuses 7,8,9 in book are said to go directly to the house battery and do not go to the converter.  I checked the house batteries and they were super low on water. They almost took a gallon each.  Even though fans and lights will still work on house batteries, and the monitor says batteries are good, I believe these 2- 6 volt batteries are shot from neglect.  Anyone had similar problems?

You have multiple issues.

The 120-VAC outlets are only powered when plugged into shore power or when running the generator.
To find why the other 120-VAC outlets are not working, start searching and tracing from the 120-VAC side of the Power Center.
The missing circuit(s) start in the Power Center, a wire may be broken or off its bus bar.  The 120-VAC side of the Power Center suffers from loosening wires, the solid copper wire deforms over time and requires periodic tightening, to maintain a good connection. Lose wires can cause Power Center fires.
Since you are asking, I assume your electrical knowledge is limited and recommend finding a qualified person to assist you, 120-VAC current can seriously injure or kill you, if you don't know what you are doing.
Do disconnect the shore power, coach battery and solar when working in the Power Center. Same goes for the generator.

Fuses 7, 8 and 9 are on the 12-VDC side of the Power Center and have nothing to do with the 120-VAC wiring.

Good chance that your batteries are old but it is hard to know their condition by checking the Monitor or voltage.
Any dates on them?

Do you have an inverter, to make 120 V out of 12V? Or is this when your generator is operating?
When you say "all of a sudden", does that mean they used to output 120V when not on shore (external) power?

Coffeemaker and microwave are a taxing load if you have an inverter.

Although I don't know how to do it, someone might move this to Tech questions, instead of questions about this website.

Thank you Larry and Chip for helping this newbie out.

Guy I bought it from straightened me out. Said the same thing as you did Larry. That outlets will only work when your plugged in to a outside source or running generator. Batteries are only about 4 years old.

If you have a manual, I would encourage you to read it cover to cover. That will save you a lot of future questions. That said, your questions are always welcome here. There are many 30' owners who can answer your questions.
