Wow, I'm hoping that lightweight metal awning didn't cause all that damage to the rig?!

I'm thinking a mighty big tree fell on that unfortunate Lazy Daze ... it couldn't be the awning IMO.  So the damage happened someplace else, then driven home, and the awning collapsed on it.  (End of my speculation.)

Based on residual foliage, it looks like the huge, now-removed tree did the deed...
The LD probably prevented further damage to the right side of the carport.
Shade is not without risk.  (You heard it here first, folks! :) )

Or the tree fell on it where it sits, and this photo was taken just after the tree was removed and the owner could finally see the extent of the damage?

It's been posted here before during the Yahoo days. Someone on the list looked up the caravan club number and determined the owner iirc. A large tree blew over in a storm and landed on the carport. There were other photos of the damage as well.

Yikes! What happened to this poor LD???
