The first one, the Chevrolet Lazy Daze-rvs-by owner, doesn't give a buyer much to start with.  Doesn't run, no title, etc... The seller will likely have to pay to have it hauled away.

I wonder why it needed a new engine with only 32000 miles on it.

That's a first.
Can't remember anyone here replacing a 6.8L V-10 engine with less than 150,000 miles.
I would want to find out who rebuilt the engine, was it a Factory crate engine or something from an independent rebuilder?
A Factory remanufactured engine would be my choice unless it was rebuilt by a high-end, well known shop.
These engines are fairly complicated and required highly skilled technicians to rebuild.

I hope so! I think it was mcnugget who started this thread so thanks to him; I'm just trying to keep it going.  I've found it useful in my own research for a future LD and hopefully it will help others!

1992 MB on a consignment lot in Sequim, WA. $13,000, 90K miles

Inside is all original, in very good shape. We looked it over, saw no signs of leaks, no smells. Needs sealing on all seams, paint is a faded, exterior in average shape.
