Minor Changes
The rubber grommet in the hole next to the gas cap needed to be replaced.  I found a perfect replacement at Lowes by Hillman, part number H#884628.  The Lowes sku is 38902 00388.  Picture is attached.

Following the guidance of several other LDO's, we replaced the Smoke and CO detectors (which may have been OEM) with a single unit from Kidde, Model P3010K-CO.  This is the Kitchen model which is suppose to reduce kitchen nuisance alarms and is a combination detector using Photoelectric Technology.  Picture attached.  I've patched the screw holes on the missing alarm and after it dries, we'll touch it up to match the ceiling as suggested by Larry W.

I could use that grommet. I have tried searching on Lowe's site using all the numbers and part but come up with nothing. Can you tell me where in the store you found it?

Try an online search for the Lowe's in your area.

Thanks for your kind offer. We will be going by a Lowe's today and according to the site they have these available.

You may find that you need that other one in a few years.
