Bummer.

We went to the M'ship with the RK about last in our minds on choices (RB was first) way back then but once we got inside we ended up loving it and getting Ruby. The continuity of the bedroom and living room together with the kitchen separate is what won us over. To this day the first of us to get up (usually me) closes off the back with the bathroom door, pulls down the 45 year old percolator coffee pot (with the brass top) and fires up the "campfire coffee" for the day. This coffee is the best!!

Maintaining an updated website, including displaying current models and specs, is not necessarily a priority for Lazy Daze; in my experience, the factory "think" is if a potential buyer is interested in current sales information, they'll call the "New Sales" phone number and ask for specifics.  IMO, slow and/or infrequent updates to the public face of the company shouldn't be interpreted as signs of their impending demise; LD is a small company whose employees often wear several hats, and changes of any type (if they happen at all), in the office and in the production areas, often come at a "deliberate", i.e., sometimes glacial, pace.  LD's business model is what it is, and at the current delivery rate of about a year for a new rig, I doubt they see much incentive to change.

I understand that it can be frustrating not to have accurate, current model and "numbers" information readily at hand through a well-designed, informative, updated website; it still an annoyance that the spec sheet for the 2003 23.5' TK listed inaccurate black tank capacities, and that the spec sheets continued to display the same inaccurate information for about 5 years after that! I was told that the 6-gallon differential (list 24, reality 18) of the black tank capacity wasn't particularly important, so they hadn't bothered to correct the "misprint" on the sheet. (My advice to buyers of new rigs is to study the spec sheet for the model of choice, flag the specs critical to you, and ask for verification! What LD sees as "important" may not coincide with your priorities!)

All in all, however, LD produces a very good product, factory-direct with no sketchy price maneuvering or dealers/salespeople, and after-sale product support; I'll take these qualities over a flashy website any day. (Just read, understand, and question the spec sheet!  ;) )

As ever, YMMV.

I am in total agreement with Joan. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than to call LD and talk directly to Vince or Todd.

My questions are always taken to heart and given immediate attention. The folks at LD are absolutely wonderful, down to earth and always willing to help.

Even if I hadn't purchased new, I feel certain that LD would still be there for me. No flash, no gimmicks, straight forward and practical dialog. You really can't do much better than that.

I'm spoiled ok. Blame that on Lazy Daze.

I did a quick comparison to our spec sheet (2009) and the 2017's GCWR is 22,000 lbs compared to our 20,000 lbs.  In addition, the 2017 CCC (2,943#) is less by about 150 lbs (3,095#).   WWV on the '17 is also a bit more than the '09.   So what year did the GCWR increase to 22,000 lbs?

the RK is gone!

I've never heard anyone on this forum talking about their order of a new 24' Front Dinette.
The Island Bed is gone, now the RK. Wonder if the Front Dinette is next? That would leave the five most popular plans.
