Follow-ups Any issues with no logging out? (split from Re: Error message) Error message May 26, 2016, 11:25:55 pm Each time I try to log on I get a message that says my seesion has timed out. When I try again, I am logged on. Any idea about why this happens? Thank you.Larry
Re: Error message Reply #1 – May 27, 2016, 12:31:47 pm During the log in process, you have the choice of staying logged in for an hour, a day, a week and forever. In the 'log in' box, below where you indicate your user name and PIN, the is duration adjustment. Click it and select the one of the options.HTHLarry
Re: Error message Reply #2 – May 27, 2016, 01:57:20 pm Thanks, Larry. I'll double check, but I believe that I've had "forever" checked in that box.

Larry,Are you trying to sign in from the left side of the main page or by clicking on the Log In on the menu bar?Do you have your browser automatically fill in your id/password?There aren't any obvious causes that we can think of, but knowing the process you use to log on might help us figure out what's happening.Michelle
Re: Error message Reply #4 – June 06, 2016, 08:44:07 am Hi Michelle. I click log in from the menu bar. I type my password in. I log out after each session. This error message doesn't appear every time, but it does happen more often than not. It's always the first time I log on for a day. Thank you.Larry

The server log isn't showing any errors, but now Steve knows to look at the main login code. The next time you log in anew for a day, would you mind watching the URL bar at the top of your browser for any unusual stuff (especially if you get an error)? I happened to just check the board now and while I didn't get an error, I did see some SESSIONID gorp at the end of the URL and showed Steve. We've been actively traveling for a few days and I won't let Steve debug and drive at the same time Michelle

I didn't think it was a big deal to do a bit of coding in Subline Text. I tried to tell her I'd only open two windows not the usual three or four. BTW like the time stamp
Re: Error message Reply #7 – June 30, 2016, 09:36:35 pm I'm not sure what you mean by time stamp. We've been on the road so I haven't checked in. I'm still having to log in twice each time as of today. First attempt is greeted with a session has timed out msg...second attempt always is successful. It took me a minute to get that you meant screen Windows instead of RV Windows. Not very tech savvy here.Larry
