How do I… [get to older posts in chronological order]?
…get to older posts?  Sometimes I skip a day but don't want to miss any posts.  It appears there are about 12 links to a page.  I'm not finding a way to scroll or move to older posts.  Maybe my mind is fast but the eyes are slow?  Don't answer that!!!!

Also, regarding supporting the website, is there an Amazon link for this specific forum?

Lorna,

If you visit "Forum", you will see the list of boards/categories (Tech, Discussions, Renovations, Classifieds, etc.).  If you click one, it will open it up and you will see all the topics in that forum.  If it says "New" next to the topic name, that means there are new posts in the topic you haven't seen.  If you click "New" it will automagically take you to the first post in the topic you haven't read.

The Amazon link is automatically created when you click on a link to an Amazon item someone posts (see my post here Greetings to All! ).  There is no explicit Amazon link and as such as I mentioned in that post we ask folks not to post their own affiliate links on this site.

Thanks Michelle - But I'm still not getting it.  Clicked on Forum then LD Technical.  I know I haven't read the "Wider Body" thread, but I don't see any mention of "New" or indication that I haven't read posts in that thread.  Also, it appears I can't get to older posts even in "Around the Campfire."

I guess what I'm really looking for (and the one thing in Yahoo I did get used to) is how to get to a chronological listing of *all* posts, not specific to a particular Forum, so I can just skip over posts I'm not interested in reading.  Like a button for "next page" or "previous page" or numbered pages.

Now I'm not even sure I'm asking the right question!  Put it this way:  I don't want to miss anything, especially when on the road, but I don't particularly want to be bouncing around several Forums to find recent discussions.  Perhaps the most convenient thing for me would be to access posts by email?

BTW, love "automagically"!!!

Try "Updated Topics" below your avatar on the main page and see if that gets you what you're looking for

Michelle, still no joy either clicking "Recent Unread" or "Updated":  "No Unread Topics…", "No results found"

Michelle, I think I've found a solution:  Community > Recent Posts.  Seems like that's a chronological, Forum-unspecific listing of all posts…I *think* that's what I've been looking for.

OK, let's try "Recent Posts"... 

Hover over "Community", click the bottom item "Recent Posts"



(Ha - I was typing this and the forum alerted me to a new post before it submitted mine  - looks like you found it!   :))  )

When I come here to read, I always click on the "New Posts" button at the top of the page.  That brings up all the new posts since my last visit.  And then I click on "New" beside each thread which takes me to the first unread post since my last visit.

That seems to be as close to how the Yahoo forum would read, when at the old website.
Might be easily for the moderators to use this to scan the recent postings, without of lot of clicking.
For most of us, every day is a learning experience.

     That's what seems to work best for me, too.

THANKS!  This works to scroll through all the posts, is similar to the old email digest... and no need to click on each one. Perfect.
