Uploading images as attachments
Is it not possible to upload an image from your computer as an attachment? I don't see an option for that in the choices for replies.

Good question, Jim! It certainly would be handy. (On the other hand, it would mean this forum would be hosting the images, so over time they could build up to a large amount of disk space.)

It is, but you need to use the full reply editor.

Either use "Reply" at the bottom of the thread (Reply - Notify - Mark Read - etc.) OR start your post in the Quick Reply box at the bottom, then Preview.  Preview will put you in the full editor where you will see a place to either drag and drop files (plop them on the "Add Files by dragging & dropping" box or click "selecting them" to browse your computer for files to attach.

Thanks Michelle.  I added this question in Around the campfire thinking I made a mistake putting it here. Here is a test.

And I really like the ability to edit a post after posting, which I have done here.

Looks like you have it all figured out :D

I also put together a very quick "how to" on attachments.  If you watch the somewhat fuzzy video (sorry, freeware), it also shows how you can use drag and drop (well if you are not on your phone/tablet/etc) to add them to your post.  Also how to add photos from your albums and from urls.
