Water pump:  Check what brand it is; Google the name and see if you can find a local dealer.  Most all RV supply and repair stores/shops have different brands of water pumps.  Try Camping World.  Make a few phone calls.  Tell us exactly what's leaking, where, how, etc.  Maybe someone will have some ideas how to fix it.
Swamp Cooler:  TurboKool  is about the only source for swamp coolers nowadays.  Someone else may have another source.

Maybe you should give this rig back to your in-laws.

Buddy, be sure to flush out your system as the coolant may have been neglected and has alot of acidity in it. You could do this with the old pump in if it is not leaking too badly. Should need a couple gals. of antifreeze mixed with distilled water. Also think about changing the thermosat along with the repairs. It is a good preventative maint. I believe that year used a 185 degree or more type but check with an auto parts dealer as it effects the smog system. Some rebuilt pumps are better than others. You may want to go with Napa and look for a guarantee. Assess your heater hoses and belts at the time as it is alot easier to change at that time. Have fun. John Leach, Prescott, Az.

G'day buddy.
I called the LD factory and they had the motor for the swamp cooler in stock. If I remember correctly, it was about $50 shipped. Check the pads as well, mine were falling apart and needed to be replaced.

Do you mean the water pump in the coach, that supplies water to the sinks and toilet or the water pump on the engine? The water pump in the coach can be found at RV stores (or Lazydaze factory) and the engine water pump, you would need an automotive replacement.
