Title: Low Flow From Kitchen Faucet
Post by: Paul H. on January 20, 2022, 09:16:25 pm
We just dewinterized  and are heading south in our MB.  The water pressure and flow in the bathroom sink and shower seem normal.  The flow out of the kitchen faucet, however, is much weaker than normal.  There is no sign of any leakage anywhere.  The water pump seems to be working ok.  Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Paul

Paul, you might check the faucet strainer for calcium build up; a white vinegar soak should clear any mineral deposits.

Thanks Joan.  We followed your suggestion and that solved the problem.  We will add cleaning the strainer to our periodic maintenance list.

That’s good periodic advice for the faucets at not so mobile homes too.
