Seems my oven will only work on High anymore,
450 degrees or broil. Initially I thought this was altitude in summer mountains , but now I’m back at lower and no change.
Any thoughts as to why or a fix? I know absolute zero about something like this.

Well, let me give a few more details. Pilot on, constant but the oven burners shut off , even on 400 degrees, as though the temp setting was much lower.
Stays constant on B or Broil. Im imagining this is a temp control sensor gone bad.
No clue where it might be or how to fix, replace. It’s a Magic chef, not sure age since Im in an ‘87 Daze. But I doubt its that old.

Since the pilot works, thinking it’s either a bad or misaligned thermocouple.
