Fran, I’m curious why you felt the MB was “too big”? Are you OK to share the reasons?

I own a duplex where I live/rent the other side. My parking pad is big enough for four cars...my 20 amp outlet is net to the house. So I had to park it next to the house . This made my Tennant have to walk on the grass to get to their cars.
Also I am short, 5 4 and did not like the high chair feeling of the toliet being 6 inch off the floor, it was also blocking the shower which you had to climb into. I missed having a car to drive out site seeing....reason for a shorter one...
I don't want to buy and maintain a toad.
These 3 reasons are why I sold it.
I finally bought the empty lot next to me and can build an rv shed/garage/workshop there....took me 10 years to convince the guy to sell it. I told him he should sell it to me because I had cut the grass since 2005....he gave me a wide eyed look and said I was right....poor guy passed away 6 months later....
So now I really regret selling the 04 LD.
I could have built a step that fit in the floor between the cabinet and shower to step up on but did not.
I really had the 04 fixed up right...sad
With each adventure I learn, so now I am back on here
Because a 23.5 or 24 is really what I dream of having....
My wish is for the beautiful blue....and if not I will learn to love whatever the color is. Long but clearly why.

We are not overly fond of the step up to the toilet either. I would like purchase or perhaps build a platform that fills in the small area next to the shower. Wondering if others have done this?

Fran, best of luck with your search!

Thank you Chris, I'm more educated now, but the TK doesn't have this problem. Just the MidBath because the toilet is over the rear wheels on the driver side. Greg, the MB I bought for my friends, (they paid for it, I was the agent while they were out of country); the wife is short and requested a foot stand, but we ran out of time. They had a meetup on the east coast. I assume they built something specific to the floorplan design when they were living in it.
Many people have improvised solutions. Maybe someone here with pictures?         RonB

Chris, The area I am talking about is where the white rug is in the photo. I would like to fill in that area with a step up of about 8 to 9 inches. It would block the door to the lower cabinet so it would need to be removable.

AdjustaStep(tm) Deluxe Step Stool/Footstool with Handle/Handrail, Height Adjustable. 2 Products in 1. Modern White/Blue Design. Padded Non-Slip Handle.

I didnt know how to Amazon link it like the smart folks here do, but this works well for different functions in the MB. Step stool, CPAP holder between beds, etc. And it fits in the space mentioned fine and is adjustable and the handle can be removed. I would put it in there for someone who has trouble stepping in and around the small bathroom.  I initially was a little concerned about the MB bathroom, but without going into details I will mention that I learned to "adjust" to it just fine by spending most of last summer in the LD.

Yep, thats the one. Pretty handy and it can be positioned however needed in the bathroom.  I have found many uses for it.

Thanks Chris for the tips. I will try that.

Moved ALL these posts out of someone's classified ad as they were unrelated to the classified.

we have a 27 ft MB and use a wooden box platform in the bathroom that is removable.  It works great for a step up for the toilet as I'm only 5 foot and works good for grandkids too  :) you can make one of these with just plywood even

Timely, as I just received my step today and tested it out.  The first photo is with the step adjusted on the lowest position, about 1” below the commode flooring.  The next setting up brings it flush with the floor.  Did not try it with the handle installed as I don’t think we will need it for now.
