Just thought I'd let people know that Best Converter seems to be having problems. I ordered a Dinosaur board from them about 10 days ago and got an email confirmation. When I didn't hear from them after 4-5 days, I emailed asking for status. When I still didn't hear in a few more days, I called. No one answered, and I finally got a recording saying their voicemail was full. Don't know what's going on, hopefully they'll be back soon???
I have to agree. I never could contact Randy or anyone. I ordered my converter replacement. They took my money and the new converter/fuse board showed up. RonB
I ordered a converter from them a few months ago. It took less than 2 weeks to arrive. I think it took a couple days to get the email stating a shipping label was created.
I ordered a converter upgrade from them August 24th. According to the FedEx tracking I should receive it on Sept 1st. I received an e-mail from them with the tracking number same day I ordered.
Over a week ago I called Best Converter to ask for advice, no answer. So I used their online "Ask Randy" form but no response yet. Could be overwhelmed given the surge in new RV owners?
