Being this is the very first time I have looked close at one is there anything I should look out for? I will not be buying just getting my feet wet....... Thanks LeeB70

The biggest problem areas are window and end cap leakage. Check carefully under each window, paying close attention to the rear window, looking for any signs of leakage around the windows and in the rear interior corners.  Also check the rear exterior cargo compartments, in the rear corners.
Look for end caps the have pulled away from the body, the rear end caps are the most trouble-prone and the source of potential leakage and rot.
Check out downgrader's repair thread to see what you are trying to avoid.
The roof, vents and exterior window frames should have been resealed by now, something else to check.

Happy hunting
Larry
