I need to replace my original CCI gas leak detector on my 2006 LD. Has someone done this recently and can point me to a replacement model from a another or successor manufacturer to CCI (can’t find CCI in Amazon, but see other brands and models). TIA
Ted
CCI went out of business some time ago; this is the replacement that I had installed:
Amazon.com: MTI Industries 35-742-BR Safe T Alert 35 Series Dual LP/CO Alarm... (https://www.amazon.com/MTI-Industries-35-742-BR-Alert-Alarm/dp/B005GSFTSE/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1540053569&sr=8-4&keywords=RV+LPG+detector)
HTH.

Just be aware that the center to center screw distance on the replacement may not be exactly the same as the original. Takes a bit of fudging to make it work. ;)
Does the replacement sensor have the 3 wire leads ?
Hi Tank; Just two wire needed, +12vdc, and ground. Have never seen an RV propane detector with 3. RonB
on edit: Some sensors have three wires, black, red, white. Those all seem to be 110VAC sensors for residential use.
Thank you for the info.
I talked to Lazy Daze and they said the replacement they sell for my 2004 MB is a Safe T Alert 40-442-P.
