I did my 35,000 mile check up to. My local Ford Truck dealership recommended new tires, battery, and wiper blades.
1. Tires -- agree...... <sigh> time to suck it up and drop $1400
2. Wiper blades -- agree. Question is there a good recommendation on bland and type. 'member I live in the Pacific Northwest.
3. Battery -- Ford measure the cold cranking amps at 517. Factory specs at 650. Question is it time and what recommended bland?
Thank you for anytime and help.

re #3: I went to Costco and purchased whatever they were selling of the proper size. That was 4-5 years ago and still cranking strong. — Jon

Greetings Glenn. We've had very good performance from Bosch wiper blades from O'Reilly Auto Parts. That store actually offers three (3) grades of this wiper blades. We have them on the Subaru which is our tow vehicle and on the LD. At any rate, Bosch uses a different manufacturing style and material than the OEM Ford blades, which I think does a better job of keeping the blades on the window shield and removing water. Hope this helps.
I like the Bosch Icon and recently came across this review.
