Title: Electrical Connections-EMS-Circuit Breakers
Post by: Jim & Gayle on November 08, 2017, 04:48:11 pm
With our discussion regarding the burned EMS of our friend and Larry's reminder about tightening connections I checked mine today and found everything in good condition. I try to do it every year but probably don't hit quite that often. Today I added the EMS which is a bit of a pain to get to in our rig given its location.

I end up with one question. How do you replace the circuit breakers should the need arise? They seem to be only loosely secured but I don't see how they are connected.

Adding a few photos.

The front panel you removed is what secures the breakers. Grasp the top of a breaker and pull and pivot it out and down. It will disconnect from the buss bar at the top, and lift out from the retaining bar at the bottom. Then disconnect the wire.
