Just wish to thank Andy, Larry and Jim for info and ideas on the two subjects listed above.  More practice in regards levelling should make for quicker set up.  I am in Joshua Tree NP now and used the Lynx levellers under a Fiamme ramp to raise the front end.  We are on a one-way road so could not turn the LD around.
I have ordered the SeeLevel guage and should get it in a week or so.  A friend will be meeting me in AZ and we shall try installation then.

Season's greetings to all.

Mike

I have a Rear Kitchen also. It's a 2001 model year.
I have some pictures of my recent See Level model 709 installation. I don't know how much help they would be but If you would like the pictures I can email them to you.  I ran the wires up between the bathroom wall and the kitchen cabinet over the stove. I chose to cut a hole in the cabinet wall to gain access to the bathroom wall behind it. It wasn't pretty but I cut a piece of 1/4 inch birch plywood, stained it Minwax Early Amercan #230 and it covers the hole. The wires actually run into the range hood but I needed to get my hand inside the wall.
