Kathy. No holes in RV floor! You probably got that message by now. You  don't say what kind of levelers you have, but with Kwikee the weight of the motorhome will force fluid back into the reservoir. So will HWH. The only power needed would be 12vdc to operate the valves. Charged house batteries will do that, or is it the chassis battery? The engine, or generator don't need to  be running. Possibly some water which sits at the bottom of the tank got into  the pump and froze. Warming the whole tank above freezing might help. (No  flames.) Another thing to remember is the impact switch. There is a  sticker near the radiator under the hood as a reminder. The switch is intended  to shut off the fuel pump in case of an accident. It is located by the  passengers right foot, and can be reset from there. Worth a try if there is no  power to the pump.
Hope this helps. Ron and Bluebelle a '99  TKB
